Built for X-Large jobs, commercial work, and daily/regular use, the ASAB DP31 range is a high-output diaphragm sprayer designed for serious production spraying where reliability and hose reach matter. With strong delivery and a big 0.031" max tip, the DP31 is ideal for large areas, heavier coatings, and crews who need consistent results day in, day out.

The DP31 platform is offered in three power options so you can match the machine to the job site: Electric (240V) for clean indoor work, Petrol for remote sites, and Diesel for fleet/plant environments where diesel is the go-to fuel.

Safety Check

• Depressurise before servicing: Prime/relief on, trigger into a waste bucket, confirm pressure is at zero.

• Injection hazard: Never check leaks with your hand—use cardboard/rag and keep clear of pressurised joints.

• Hose/fitting ratings: Ensure all hoses and fittings are rated to the machine pressure and are in good condition before pressurising.

• Electric (DP31E): Isolate power before service; keep electrics dry; use RCD protection.

• Petrol/Diesel (DP31P/DP31D): Refuel only when engine is off and cool; run in ventilated areas; beware hot exhaust and moving parts.

• Pressure test gradually: Start low, check for leaks, then increase to operating pressure.
