ASAB P Series - 3/4" Pneumatic Filter Regulator

Sale price$88.00

Part Code: ASAB-PFR3/4-150

Introducing the ASAB Pneumatic Filter Regulator — a heavy-duty combined filter + pressure regulator designed to deliver clean, controlled compressed air for high-demand pneumatic systems. Built for workshop and site use, this unit helps remove moisture/contamination from the airline while providing stable, adjustable outlet pressure to protect downstream equipment and keep performance consistent.

With 3/4" BSP ports, it’s suited to higher-flow main lines and larger pneumatic circuits where smaller filter-regs become restrictive. Rated to 150 PSI, it’s ideal for feeding air boards, blasting gear, diaphragm pump air supply, spray equipment, and general plant pneumatics where you want one tidy unit handling both filtration and regulation.

Whether you’re upgrading a main airline station, replacing a tired filter-reg that’s dropping pressure or passing water, or building out a clean pneumatic control setup, the ASAB Pneumatic Filter Regulator is a job-site-ready solution for dependable air preparation.

Key Benefits

  • Filter + regulator combo for clean, controlled compressed air in one unit

  • 3/4" BSP ports for common Australian pneumatic plumbing and high-flow setups

  • Rated to 150 PSI for standard compressed air applications

  • Helps reduce moisture/contaminants to protect valves, air motors, and tools

  • Provides stable, adjustable outlet pressure for consistent equipment performance

  • Ideal for main line regulation or feeding multiple drops from an air station

  • Heavy-duty construction for workshop and commercial site conditions

Safety Check

  • Isolate and depressurise first: Shut off air supply, bleed the line fully, and confirm pressure is at zero before installation or servicing.

  • Confirm thread type: Ensure mating fittings are 3/4" BSP (do not mix BSP with NPT).

  • Install in correct flow direction: Follow IN/OUT markings to ensure proper filtration and regulation.

  • Use correct sealing method: BSPP typically seals with a bonded seal/washer; BSPT seals on the thread taper—match your fittings accordingly.

  • Drain moisture safely: If the bowl collects water, drain regularly and keep it away from ignition sources/contaminants.

  • Pressure up gradually: Bring air pressure up slowly and leak test with soapy water—don’t check leaks with your hands near pressurised joints.
