ASAB Paint Accessories - Airless Hose Reel (1/4" & 3/8")
Part Codes: ASAB-AAHR1/4 / ASAB-AAHR3/8
Introducing the ASAB Airless Hose Reel (5000 PSI) — a heavy-duty hose management solution built for professional airless spray rigs where tidy setup, fast pack-down, and safer hose handling matter. Rated to 5000 PSI and compatible with Quick Connect fittings, these reels are designed to keep high-pressure airless hose runs organised, reduce trip hazards, and minimise hose kinks and twist on busy job sites.
Available in two sizes to suit your hose setup:
-
1/4" Airless Hose Reel — ASAB-AAHR1/4
-
3/8" Airless Hose Reel — ASAB-AAHR3/8
The reel’s high-pressure rating ensures the swivel and internal flow path are suitable for airless work (not just air/water), helping maintain safe, reliable operation under pressure. Whether you’re running a compact 1/4" whip setup or a higher-flow 3/8" main line, the ASAB airless hose reel keeps your rig cleaner, quicker to deploy, and easier to maintain.
Whether you’re fitting out a ute rig, workshop spray bay, or mobile blasting/painting setup, the ASAB-AAHR range is a job-site-ready upgrade for better hose control and longer hose life.

Safety Check
-
Depressurise before connecting/disconnecting: Prime/relief on, trigger into a waste bucket, confirm pressure is at zero before any hose changes.
-
Injection hazard: Never check leaks with your hand — use cardboard/rag and keep clear of pressurised joints.
-
Confirm all components are rated: Reel, swivel, hose, whips, fittings, and QC’s must all be rated to 5000 PSI or higher.
-
Secure mounting: Mount the reel to a solid surface/frame to prevent movement under hose pull and recoil.
-
Avoid side loading the swivel: Keep hose pull straight where possible to reduce seal wear and leaks.
-
Pressure test gradually: Start low, check all joints for leaks, then increase slowly to operating pressure.
