ASAB Pneumatics - Extreme 45:1 Heavy Duty Pneumatic Sprayer

Sale price$5,000.00

Part Code: ASAB-X290CCR

Introducing the ASAB Extreme 45:1 Heavy Duty Pneumatic Sprayer — a high-performance air-powered unit built for serious commercial and industrial spraying where you need higher fluid pressure, dependable delivery, and a setup that thrives in harsh site conditions. The X290CCR is designed for crews spraying medium-to-heavy viscosity coatings that benefit from a higher ratio for consistent atomisation and reliable output, without stepping all the way up into the ultra-high ratio end of the spectrum.

With a 45:1 ratio, this sprayer multiplies plant air pressure into high fluid pressure for demanding coating work such as industrial enamels, epoxies, protective systems, and other heavier materials (material suitability depends on temperature, hose/tip selection, and filtration). It’s a solid choice for longer hose runs and production work where pressure stability and a robust pneumatic drive keep you spraying instead of servicing.

Whether you’re upgrading an ageing air motor setup, building a dedicated protective-coatings rig, or chasing cleaner atomisation on heavier materials, the ASAB-X290CCR is a job-site-ready solution for heavy duty pneumatic spraying.

Safety Check

  • High-pressure injection hazard: This is high-pressure equipment. Never point the gun at skin and never check leaks with your hand — use cardboard/rag and keep clear of joints.

  • Depressurise correctly before servicing: Shut air supply, bleed system pressure, trigger into a waste bucket, and confirm fluid pressure is at zero before opening any fittings.

  • Air supply safety: Use a suitable regulator/FRL and bring air pressure up gradually—don’t slam it on.

  • Grounding is mandatory: Ensure pump, hose, gun, and workpiece are correctly grounded to reduce static ignition risk (especially with solvents).

  • Hose/fitting ratings: Confirm every hose, whip, fitting, and filter in the system is rated for the maximum working pressure of a 45:1 setup.

  • PPE: Eye protection, gloves, and respiratory protection appropriate to the coating/SDS—industrial coatings can be nasty stuff.
