ASAB S Series - Replacement S1 High Pressure Filter Body

The ASAB S1 High-Pressure Filter Body is the primary housing that supports the manifold-mounted high-pressure filter assembly on ASAB airless systems. It provides a secure, sealed chamber for the filter element, ensuring material is properly filtered before it reaches the hose, gun and tip, supporting stable flow, reduced pulsation and reliable spray performance under pressure.

Service and fitment notes

• Designed for use with ASAB high-pressure manifold filter systems (pair with the correct filter element size/mesh, cap, spring and seals as applicable).

• Replace the filter body if you see cracks, damaged threads, distorted sealing faces, persistent leaks, or signs of internal scoring that can cause filter bypass.

• During install, inspect and replace seals/O-rings as needed and ensure the filter seats correctly before pressurising.
