ASAB S Series - Replacement S1/S3 Ball Cage

The ASAB S1/S3 Ball Cage is a critical check-valve component that keeps the check ball correctly located and guided during pump operation. It helps the valve seat cleanly on every stroke, which is essential for steady prime, consistent pressure, and smooth material flow.

If a sprayer is slow to prime, pulses, won’t hold pressure, or backflows through the pump, a worn, damaged, or contaminated ball cage is one of the usual suspects. Replacing it restores proper check action and helps protect the pump from unnecessary wear—because a check valve that can’t “check” is just a leak with confidence.
