ASAB S Series - Replacement S1/S3 Intake Housing

The S1/S3 Intake Housing is the main inlet body on the ASAB S1 and S3 fluid section, forming the material entry point into the pump and supporting the intake valve components to seal and flow correctly. A good intake housing helps the sprayer prime quickly, maintain steady supply to the pump, and hold pressure without unwanted bypass or cavitation.

If the sprayer is slow to prime, sucking air, pulsating, or losing pressure, the intake housing is worth a close look—especially if the threads are damaged, the sealing surfaces are worn, or there’s scoring where the valve components seat. Replacing the housing restores proper alignment and sealing, and can save you from chasing prime issues that never quite go away.
