ASAB S Series - Replacement S7 Ball Cage

The S7 Ball Cage is a key check-valve component in the ASAB S7 fluid section. Its job is to locate and guide the check ball so it travels correctly and seals cleanly on the seat every stroke. When it’s doing what it should, you’ll see faster priming, steadier pressure, and smoother material flow—the kind of behaviour everyone appreciates.

If the sprayer is slow to prime, pulsing, losing pressure, or showing signs of backflow/bypass, a worn, damaged, or debris-affected ball cage is a common culprit. Replacing it helps restore proper check action and keeps the pump operating consistently under load.
