Safety Check
Before any pump strip-down, complete full pressure relief: power off, trigger the gun into a grounded waste bucket, engage gun safety, and open the prime/bleed valve. Allow components to cool, wear eye protection and gloves, and never work on a pressurised fluid section—high-pressure injection injuries are a medical emergency.
