Service and fitment notes

• Install in the correct flow direction and ensure all high-pressure connections are correctly sealed and torqued.

• Replace or service if you see weeping/leaks, stiff operation, inconsistent shut-off, or pressure loss when closed.

• For best reliability, keep material clean (correct filtration/straining) and flush thoroughly after use—contamination is the #1 killer of valve seals.

Safety Check
Before installing or servicing, perform full pressure relief: power off, trigger gun into a waste bucket, engage gun safety, and open the prime/bleed valve. Never loosen high-pressure fittings under pressure—fluid injection injuries are serious and require immediate medical treatment.
